If you are experiencing a technical issue and have already installed Plugin Station and created an account, please submit your support request through the Plugin Station app in Settings > Contact Us. Doing so will add helpful information about your system to your email automatically, which will make it much easier to help you with your issue.

Otherwise, please write to support@julianmichaeltechnologies.com with details regarding the issue you're experiencing. Also be sure to attach screenshots of any error messages you're seeing and include your macOS version. I will get back to you within 1-2 business days.​

NOTE: I am not able to assist with issues regarding the operation of any audio plugins or DAWs. If you are experiencing issues using any plugins or DAWs, please contact the software manufacturer directly. You can do this quickly in Plugin Station by navigating to Installed Plugins > <pluginName> > Get Support.
